Day 77- 10k and a Major KT Tape Fail!

Today called for a 10k on the good ol' training plan.  I've never ran a 10k (I've ran farther than that, though) ...I tried a 10k last Sunday and failed miserably because of my leg muscles.  Not awesome.  But today I killed it and ran it in 55:25!  So awesome!  My goal was 60 minutes.  :o)

           Distance: 10k (6.2 Miles)  Time: 55:25  Mile 1: 8:42  Mile 2: 8:28  Mile 3: 9:03  Mile 4: 8:54  Mile 5: 9:07  Mile 6: 9:15 

I put KT Tape on my legs and I give it an "F" for FAIL today.  It's supposed to last 1-3 days and it didn't even make it an hour!

My mile times were kind of spastic today...oops!
