Day 78- Today's WOD

Tonight Mary wanted to go for a run so I put Adalynn in the jogger and off we went.  We did 1 mile in 11:05 (good job, love!)  My training plan called for a strength training day.  When we got back to the house Mary decided she wanted to do my WOD with me.  I modified it for her, I used 15lb weights and she used 3lb weights.  I did 4 rounds for time, she did 3 rounds.  Hopefully she still loves me tomorrow when her muscles are jammin'!!  ;o)

          Week 11, Day 78- Monday, August 26, 2013
          Distance: 1 Mile at Mary's pace: 11:05
          WOD:  10 Thrusters with 15lbs.
                      20 Russian Twists with 15lbs.
                      25 Squats with 15lbs.
                      20 Sit Ups
                      20 Lunges
          Time: 19:14.1   Mary's Time: 12:08
