Day 71- WOD

I called my sister today for some workout ideas.  She gave me a few and I slapped this workout together with some of the exercises she mentioned.  

          Week 10, Day 71- Monday, August 19, 2013
           Workout:  25 Squats with 15lbs
                          20 Russian Twists with 15lbs
                          10 Thrusters with 15lbs
                          20 Back Extensions
    
     5 Rounds for time: 20:25.0

I wanted to do some exercises that wouldn't over do it on my calfs/shin splints or whatever the hell this leg pain is that I've been experiencing.  I'm so over it!  Grr!
