Tonight's run wasn't a good one. I was supposed to do a 10K at race speed...but my legs were so freaking sore from pushing myself on Friday (the day I got a new PR for my 5K) that I couldn't. :o( I got 3.5 miles in before I had to stop. My calves/shins hate me right now. I think tomorrow might be a rest day, sadly. Here's tonight's info:

Well done!! I wish I could get a bit of motivation to run more! Though N. Ireland is usually too wet and cold, it makes it impossible to get out!
