I'm bummed, but I have to do this...

I've decided to take a few days off from running.  Sadly, my lower legs need a break.  I've been talking to other runners (like my sister and one of my managers/friends from work) and they think I need to take a few days off so my legs can heal up.  I'm still going to do some other workouts, just ones that don't use a lot of calf muscles.  I'm hoping this helps me because I'm itching to get out there and get some miles in!
