Day 36- 2.2 Miles and A Creeper..

Tonight's run wasn't pleasant.  My training plan called for 4 miles but when I stepped outside after 10pm to start my run, I decided to do 2 tonight and 4 tomorrow (switcheroo).  It's muggy and hot.  My legs were sore...so 2 miles sounded good.  Since it was dark I ran along the main road by my house because I thought it would be lit enough for me to see the pavement.   I was wrong.  I could barely see so I've decided I'm not running at night anymore.  My stride is different at night (since I can't see I overcompensate my steps) and my legs are hurting.  :o(  Boo.  Plus I got whistled at by some creeper that I ran passed...no thank you!  So here's tonight's info:

Adam brought me a sugar free slurpee so I drank it after my run.  I'm addicted to them!  Anyway, I'm going to bed.  I'll leave you with the usual:
