Workout: 3 Rounds for time-
20 Lunges w/ 15lb db's
20 Sit ups
15 Burpees
15 Chair dips
20 Squats
10 Push ups
Goal: None
Actual Time: 18:09
I didn't have a goal in mind for tonights workout, I just wanted to burn some cals. During my last round something in my right shoulder popped. So not awesome, I feel like my body hates me right now! Lol. I slowed down quite a bit but at least I finished. :o) My shoulder feels fine right now and was ok during the last 10 push ups, but it really didn't enjoy the burpees. I actually enjoy doing burpees...so does my sister. I think we might be the only weirdos on the planet that don't mind doing them. Ha! It's bed time. Night-o!
