Day 45- 4.5 Miles Today!

My training plan called for 4.5 miles today.  I decided this morning that my legs felt good enough to go, so off I went.  It was another BEAUTIFUL morning for a run!  It was 59 degrees when I left my house and very sunny.  My goal was to complete today's run in 43 minutes.  I didn't achieve that goal but I'm ok with that...I missed it by just a few seconds.  My calves started to ache after the first 1/2 mile or so, so I'm just happy I finished.  Seriously, this whole leg issue is for the birds.  LAME SAUCE!!!  I've been dealing with it for about 4-5 weeks now.  It will be nice when my runs aren't affected by my calves (if it ever goes away!)  After my run I made a smoothie but I'm out of bananas so I just used ice, frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, almond milk and of course...some crunchy peanut butter.  Yum!  Here's today's stats:
