Day 34- 6 Miles! Longest Run to Date!

Today my training plan called for 6 miles.  I've never ran that far before so my goal was to just complete all 6 miles.  I wasn't worried about my time, I just wanted to make sure my legs could handle it.  When I started I decided I was just going to take my time.  I was actually surprised at how well I did.    :o)  Here's today's stats:

I'm really happy.  My legs feel good after today's run!  Yay!  Hopefully my legs don't give me any more trouble during by training.  I'm over it!  Lol.
