Day 33- Worked Out at Home!

Today was supposed to be a cross training day.  I decided to do a workout at home which resulted in some pretty awesome hair!  Here's what I did:

          Week 5, Day 33- Saturday, July 13, 2013
           Workout: 5 Rounds for time-
                         15 Burpees
                         20 Squats
                         20 Lunges
                         15 K/E
                         15 Push Ups
          Goal: 25:00
          Actual Time: 24:16
          
After I completed the 5 rounds I decided to do a 1 minute plank.  When I was done I sat on the floor with my Batman glass and drank a bunch of water.  I was messing with my hair and took a few of these totally fabulous pictures:
