Day 30! - 2 Miles!

My training plan today called for 2 miles.  I went for it...and it was a bad move on my part.  Today should have been a rest day for me.  What can I say?  I'm stubborn!  And motivated!  And determined, dammit!  Tomorrow will be a rest day for me...and possibly Friday as well (maybe Saturday, too!).  I need my legs to feel better.  This is getting old, really freaking old.  Anywho, here's today's info:
