Day 28- Yesterday's workout

Yesterday was a strength training day.  I decided to do level 2 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred since I haven't done it in a while.  It's about 28 minutes or so of constant exercise.  I had to be quiet because Adalynn was asleep for the night and I didn't want to wake her up.  It involves a lot of jumping which can be loud on hardwood floors!!  Anyways, it was nice to change it up a little but I'm not going to lie...I was itching to go for a run!  It's raining right now but I'm hoping it stops soon so I can get 4 miles in.

           Workout: Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, Level 2  Time: 28 minutes

I was surprised that when I woke up this morning my muscles weren't sore...at all!  Not even my abs and I haven't really worked them out in a while.  The last time I did 30DS my muscles were always sore (about 2 months ago).  I only took one picture and I'm chugging water in it and holding a spoon with some peanut butter on it.  Oh, and my hair looks awesome.  Ha!  Hopefully I'll be back tonight with a post about my run if the rain stops!  Ta ta for now!
