Recap of the last few weeks

I've been lazy about writing again, sorry!  Adam and I go to the gym together about once a week (that's all his schedule will allow because of the limited childcare hours there).  Sometimes I sneak pictures of him (ha ha!)  I haven't been running outside much because Adam has been working an insane amount of hours lately and I don't have anyone to watch my babies.  Anyway, here's a recap of what I've taken pictures of and kept on my phone for the last few weeks.

April 20, 2016- 4 miles, decent pace.  I'm slowly getting faster (not nearly as fast as I want but I'll get there!)

April 23, 2016- I did 1 mile on the dreadmill and then weights.  I can't remember what I did...because it was 2 weeks ago.  😂

April 26, 2016- A little over 2 miles.  
May 1, 2016- Happy Birthday, Chels!  4 beautiful miles.  Pretty sure this was my longest since my half in March. 😩 
May 5, 2016- 1 mile on the dreadmill followed by a full body workout.   
May 6, 2016- I took this picture before Adam and I went out on our anniversary date.  I'm proud of how far I've come in the last 10 months since I had my daughter but I've got a ways to go to get to where I want to be.  I've got a little over 5 months until the Detroit Free Press International Half Marathon and I'm working towards a PR (personal record for you non fitness people).  I'm going to start posting more workouts, runs and progress pictures.  Right now I'm sitting about 5lbs under my pre pregnancy weight.  I had more muscle before so I'm working on trying to swap fat for more muscle.  The scale isn't the greatest for measuring progress so I've been taking measurements and pictures but I'll share those later after I've made more progress.  If that's what you're here to see then just have to keep checking back for more updates.  I'll be posting again tomorrow after I go to the gym. ✌
