Took Addy on my 3 miler today. I was supposed to do 3 miles yesterday but I had a migraine all day...so not fun. I had to stop twice for water on this run, which never happens. I don't even drink water when I do long runs usually but I think I was just dehydrated yesterday which caused the migraine and it carried over in to today. I keep water in the baby jogger for after my run but today I needed it during. My sister gave me a holder for a hand held water bottle to take on my solo runs but I need a bottle for it still. I'm going to start using it on my longer runs...Texas is hot and humid so I'll need to stay hydrated, especially in July and August when it will be 110 degrees with 100% humidity. Anyway, Addy fell asleep somewhere along the way so when I was done running I parked her in the shade and did 60 squats and 50 walking lunges (both legs) while she snoozed. I also did some box jumps on this green thing outside. I took a picture of Addy next to it after she woke up...I have no clue how tall it is. It's the highest I've jumped for box jumps, though. I also did a 1 and a half minute plank. Not much, but it's better than nothing!

I wore a bandana today so I didn't have to put sunblock on my forehead...I always get it in my eyes. So this was after I had pushed it up off my forehead...looks kinda goofy! Lol!
She fell asleep holding her sippy with her face...
