Day 63- 8 Miles!! :oD

Even though I don't feel the greatest today, I still went out and ran 8 miles.  I improved my time from last week by 25 seconds.  Woo!  :oD

I got some more KT Tape today, I went with pink this time.  It started to come off around mile 4...grrr!  My sister ran in the Tahqua Trail Run yesterday in the UP, a 25K race.  She came in 1st place in her age group and 4th female overall.  Way to go, Moe!!!  :oD  Anyway, I'm tired and I think I need a sugar free slurpee...so here's some pictures.
