I haven't ran that slow since I first started running last summer after I had my daughter. I really hope my freaking calf gets better ASAP!!! It's so frustrating, I was doing so well! Dammit! Ugh! Anyway, here's some pictures from today's run.

I would put vodka on the calf, works better!
