Day 10 - Rest Day

Yesterday was supposed to be a 3 miler but because of my lame ass calf I had to take a rest day.  Unfortunately today might have to be a rest day as well, my calf is still tight.  :o(  I just talked to Adam and he said I should take another day.  I think he's right, I don't want to injure myself worse and have to take a huge chunk of time off.  Maybe I'll just lift some weights and do some tabata planks after work tonight.  I was hoping I would be able to run...I'm itching to get out there and get a new PR!
