Day 7-Crossfit!

Today I went to Maureen's with Adalynn and did a crossfit workout.  Here's what I did:
         Week 1, Day 7- Monday, June 17, 2013
          Bench Press: 45lbs - 5 reps
                                50lbs - 3 reps
                                55lbs - 2 reps
                                60lbs - attempted 1 rep, failed miserably.  Ha!
          Back Squats: 45lbs - 5 reps
                                55lbs - 3 reps
                                65lbs - 2 reps
                                75lbs - 1 rep
                                80lbs - 1 rep
               Deadlifts: 80lbs - 5 reps
                                90lbs - 3 reps
                                105lbs - 2 reps
                                115lbs - 1 rep
                                125lbs - 1 rep
                                135lbs - 1 rep, PR!
WOD:
            5 Burpees
            7 KB Swings (1pood)
            20 Jump rope
       (5 rounds, not for time because the clock got messed up!)  ;o)

We jammed to Bob Marley during the workout since Adalynn loves reggae.  She was a fussball the whole time because she wasn't feeling well, but she's better now!  Sleep time!  Be ready for 3 miles tomorrow!  And here's some pictures for ya!
