Day 16- New PR!

Today called for 2 miles on my training plan.  I felt awesome going into it so I decided to push myself...and it resulted in a new PR for 2 miles for me!  Wooo!!!  I beat my old time by 13 seconds!  I'm so excited!  

          Week 3, Day 16 - Wednesday, June 26, 2013
           Distance: 2.01 Miles   Time: 17:28   Mile 1: 8:18  Mile 2: 9:00

I put new KT Tape on my calf since I put it on the wrong spot yesterday.  It felt pretty good!  I started my run while the sun was setting which was actually pretty awesome.  I saw 7 bunnies and about 56,797 lightening bugs!  :o)  I'm going to bed, I'm a tired momma!!
