Day 47- 3 Miles With My Peanut

My legs were a little sore today but I did pretty good considering.  Me and Addy got 3 miles in around 10:30-11:00ish.   I had to stop once because she decided to chuck her Mickey Mouse out of the stroller but other than that I didn't have to stop.  The heat and humidity in Texas is rough, I'm just hoping it pays off in the fall when it's marathon time.  Today wasn't too bad...it was about 78 degrees with 60% humidity.  My goal is to finish the full and run the whole thing without having to walk at all.  I'm getting there...slowly.  I've got a 10 miler on my training plan for this weekend...either tomorrow or Sunday.  After the 3 Miles today I repeated the same workout I did on Tuesday but I added 20 sit ups to each round (so 40 total).   I don't think I mentioned that workout here...if you're interested it's on my Instagram...z0mbi3lady.  :o)  I also added a pic at the bottom of this post.  I think I'm gonna buy a kettle bell.  When I did crossfit wod's with my sister that was one of my favorite things...I was good at it (my sister said I had good form!)  It was an awesome workout!   So I think I'm going to get one (a 1 pood) and incorporate that into my strength training.
