Day 4- 4.07 Miles In Michigan With Maureen

Last week Addy and I flew to Michigan to surprise my mom for her birthday.  She was so happy and surprised to see us!  I only got one run in while we were there.  Me and my sister took Addy, it was a little chilly.  

          Thursday, May 15, 2014-

         Distance:  4.07 Miles   Pace: 9:40  Time: 39:22.4

I'm not used to having conversations while I run anymore so I was huffing and puffing out words while we talked.  I guess I need to work on that!  Ha ha!  It was a fun run!  We off roaded a little at a spot with construction and had to avoid some puddles along the way.  We ran passed Main St. in Royal Oak to Woodward Ave and then back to Maureen's.  Addy enjoyed pointing and yelling "DOG!" at every dog we passed.  Such a goofball.  

This was before we left, Moe put Addy in a laundry basket.  Lol.
