On Wednesday, May 28, 2014 I ran 3 miles with Addy...again! Next week my training plan changes a bit with a 4 miler midweek. This 3 miler was a hot one! I was hoping for under 30 minutes which I just barely achieved. I'm hoping for a better time with today's 3 Miles. Addy and I woke up late so we're getting ready to head out now. It's noon here...wish us luck!
