I did a few stretches from a video my sister posted on my FB for shin splints after my run. It hurt for a second but my lower legs feel awesome right now! My left hip flexor on the other hand is giving me some trouble. It's been bugging me for a while now, I need to do more stretching for that. The shin stretches actually helped a bit with it, though. 3 more miles tomorrow and then a 6 miler this weekend! Get it!
