On this day I wanted to do a longer run, either 6 or 7 miles. My legs were hurting so I went with 6. I was bummed about it but I didn't want to injure myself. I might try for 7 this weekend. I'm not happy with my mile times so I'm going to try to do more cross training to strengthen my legs.
