Day 81- 3 Miles and a PR!

I got a new PR today for 3 miles but I'm frustrated because my 5K PR is better!  Grr!  Anyway, it was really freaking humid when I ran this morning.  I saw a new Ford Fusion in my neighborhood that was up on blocks...someone stole the rims and tires.  Since when is Livonia ghetto?!  Adam's wallet, iPod and gym bag were stolen out of his car in the spring and it was parked right in front of our house!  Jerks.  Anywho, here's today's info:
