Day 56- Workout with Adalynn

I did a workout today that my sister suggested.  I had to take Adalynn with me because Adam is at work.  Here's what we did:

          Week 8, Day 56- Monday, August 5, 2013
          Workout:  2 Rounds- 50 sit-ups 
                                           50 squats
                                           Run around the block
                                           50 Walking Lunges
                                           Run around the block

I did 50 sit ups before I left, did the 2 rounds of everything else, then came back inside to do 50 more sit ups.  Adalynn was laughing at me while I was doing the squats and walking lunges.  Apparently I look pretty funny when I workout.  :o)  She's the best!  

On a side note, I think I'm going to put my scale away.  I don't really care about the number it shows...I care about how I feel.  I'm comfortable with how I look and lately I've been feeling really good.  Maybe I'll just weigh myself once every few weeks or once a month or something.  The number on the scale doesn't define you!  I've seen that online before and totally agree with it.  Anywho, here's today's pictures. :o)
