I called my running expert yesterday (aka my awesome sister) and asked her about my training plan. It's for 12 weeks but that only takes me until the first week of September (and race day is October 20). I'm going to repeat some of the weeks so next week I'll probably repeat the same distances from this week.
Here's the screenshot of my first mile. The 7:03 pace isn't right since it kept pausing on me...but that 7:46 is possibly a new PR for me...but I'm not going to count it since the app wasn't working right. :oP
