Tonight there was a huge thunderstorm, a lot of lightening, high winds and rain.  I love storms, and this was probably the best one that we've had all summer.  There is a tornado watch until 1:00am, but I don't think there will be one, the storm was over about 45 minutes ago.  I'm just sitting at home right now with the animals, watching tv.  Adam is at work, his 2nd day at his new job.  He's a salaried manager now at a restaurant, so the pay is better than his last job.  I've been applying at new jobs lately, since I hate my current job.  I haven't heard anything yet, though, but it's only been a few days.  My birthday is coming up in a few weeks, I'll be 27.  I feel like it's been forever since my last birthday, a lot is different now from last year.  My twin brother moved to Texas, my mom was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma and went through chemo, my sister quit working for DPS, Adam's new job.  I'm looking forward to being 27.  :o)  Anyways, last Wednesday I placed an order at urbandecay.com because they were having a sale (an awesome one!) and the damn order is still being processed!  It hasn't even been shipped yet and I ordered it exactly a week ago.  I hope it ships soon...I'd like to have my new eye shadows before my birthday.  I ordered a new mascara, too.  I love new stuff!  :o)
